BACKGROUND CHECK APPLICATION
Because our volunteers work closely with children, a background check is required for all adult volunteers. The background check is a streamlined process with Protect My Ministry. This helps safeguard your personal information. This form will take about 30 minutes to complete. Be sure to have contact info for three references & your pastor before beginning because the form will "time out" after a period of inactivity, and progress is not saved.

ID CHECK AND INTERVIEW
Once your background check application is submitted, you will be contacted by CEF Staff or other ministry leader to conduct a short 3-question interview and ID check. These can be conducted in-person or via online meeting (Zoom, Meet, Facetime, etc).
