Psalm 100:5 – “For the Lord is good; His loving kindness is everlasting and His faithfulness to all generations.
“This school year at Chapel Hill Elementary School, we have had many children respond to the gospel Invitation. Sometimes a long line of kids. 18 of those had clear answers to our counseling questions. We understand that only God knows for sure, but we are encouraged that these children could express their need of a Savior because they are sinners, and that Jesus is the only One who could, and did take their punishment for sin. They based their salvation on God’s Word by believing on Jesus.
This is especially exciting to me because, as a 7 year old, a GNC teacher showed me John 3:16, and I believed on Jesus as my Savior. God promised me everlasting life in that verse, and that will never change. Neither will God or His Word.
In the fall of 2001, we began the first GNC in Chapel Hill, at the public elementary school. For the past 18 yrs., we have not had a GNC canceled except for a snow or flood day. God has truly been good, loving, and faithful to continue GNC. We pray for this freedom and privilege to continue “to all generations”.
